Hello Support, it seems we cannot add another payment method or card on the customers dashboard.
Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this! From what I gather, whilst you need to add a new account to your Eway account an error appears, not allowing you to do so. Correct?
Our customer has a subscription and their bank was expired and tried to add a new bank account details, but unfortunately this error occurs when trying to click the add payment method.
I understand that the site already fulfills the requirements of the plugin, as detailed here. Correct?
Can you please share a screenshot of the screen you see when the “Unable to add payment method to your account.” error shows? That will help us understand the issue. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status
. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support

Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.
