Cannot Add Pictures from Media Library

I’ve uploaded images to my Media Library. When editing a page, I go to insert an image from the media library. I can see all my images, but when I click the “insert into page” button the media library popup closes, but the image is never inserted.

I’ve tried editing size and using various images to test but have had no luck. Not sure what I’m missing
