Cannot Add Slide

Hi! I am having the same problem with my site — I used to have approx 6 slides, but after I added my most recent, the last few slides are coming up as blank squares.

Hi, is there a solution to this?
I have the same problem. Cannot see any photos from the Media Library to load and if I select upload, It loads photos from the pc but will not transfer to the slider. Is this a common problem? Just installed this plugin but cannot get past creating the first slider.
