Cannot add users or roles to see the plugin

    Hello

    Please bear my English, it’s difficult to explain technical stuff for me.

    Before I was able to add roles and users to see alerts, now when I enter the username and click ADD, nothing happens
    Same with the other option (sorry I have a Spanish WordPress) that says something like “can manage the plugin”, I try to add a user, click ADD and nothing happen. It wont accept any role.
    How can I fix this?
