Hi, Im getting the following sitekit error message and adding new Dashboard viewing permissions for devs to review fails. Here are the errors:

    "Traffic" error:

    report must be an array to partition.<br><br>? ? in Overview<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in ForwardRef<br><br>? ? in WithWidgetSlug<br><br>? ? in SearchFunnelWidgetGA4<br><br>? ? in WidgetRenderer<br><br>? ? in ErrorHandler<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in Cell<br><br>? ? in WidgetCellWrapper<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in Row<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in Grid<br><br>? ? in WidgetAreaRenderer<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in WidgetContextRenderer<br><br>? ? in DashboardMainApp<br><br>? ? in DashboardEntryPoint<br><br>? ? in RestoreSnapshots<br><br>? ? in ErrorHandler<br><br>? ? in ThemeProvider<br><br>? ? in StrictMode<br><br>? ? in Root

    “Content” error:

    rows must be an array.<br><br>? ? in ReportTable<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in TableOverflowContainer<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in ForwardRef<br><br>? ? in WithWidgetSlug<br><br>? ? in DashboardPopularKeywordsWidget<br><br>? ? in WidgetRenderer<br><br>? ? in ErrorHandler<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in Cell<br><br>? ? in WidgetCellWrapper<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in Row<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in Grid<br><br>? ? in WidgetAreaRenderer<br><br>? ? in div<br><br>? ? in WidgetContextRenderer<br><br>? ? in DashboardMainApp<br><br>? ? in DashboardEntryPoint<br><br>? ? in RestoreSnapshots<br><br>? ? in ErrorHandler<br><br>? ? in ThemeProvider<br><br>? ? in StrictMode<br><br>? ? in Root

After updating & resetting sitekit, the above is replaced with the following:

    “Error in Widget

An error prevented this Widget from being displayed properly. Report the exact contents of the error on the support forum to find out what caused it.”

As mentioned, attempting to add Admin viewing permissions just hangs.

Can you please advise, in the first instance, how to add Dashboard Sharing & Permissions beyond myself so my engineers can review the above errors?

    thanks , Dan

Hello @daninasia888, thanks for reaching out and sharing the information you have so far. If you’d like to share the following we can hopefully determine more on this and ensure the error no longer occurs.

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form?to share privately if preferred.??
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window?does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors?that appear.?
    3. A recording of this experience. You can use a service such as Loom to capture the video and share it here or in the private form above.

I suspect that you may be using a plugin that can modify header requests, similar to the issue as reported in a related GitHub issue. Once we have the above information we will be able to troubleshoot this further.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Hi Adam, thanks for the quick response. Have submitted the google form and cant see any errors in incognito mode console tab. Currently awaiting developer clarification re any header request modification plugins we may have running.

    Cheers

    Dan

@daninasia888 As you can’t see any errors when using an Incognito browser, this sounds like the issue is a conflict with a third party plugin or even a browser extension. Could you please first try following the troubleshooting steps here which will help to identify any plugin conflicts.

If you don’t have any success with those steps then you can also try disabling any browser extensions you have active and checking the Site Kit dashboard once more.

Let me know how you get on with the options above.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to?open a new support topic?if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
