To condense the catalog of a store, we tried having all the various sizes, material, etc as options instead of as individual products. The problem is, even after setting a price and inventory as “In Stock”, it still says the product is unavailable when I click any of the options and won’t let me add it to the cart. I’ve tested this on a single site installation with the same products and number of variations and it works which is leading me to believe its a multisite issue. Is there any way around this?

Could you send us a link to the site you’re having trouble with? If we’re able to see the product then that might help, and then any screenshots of the product settings you can provide will help a lot.

Unfortunately, it’s behind a password protect dev site. Here are screenshots of it however.

Hmm. That I’m not sure of just by looking at the site. There are a lot of variations which could be problematic, though for all intents and purposes from what I can see it should be appearing.

One thing you may want to try to cut down on the number of variations and the work to update them would be to look into Product Add-Ons and having an option moved there. The upside to that would mean it also gets you access to WooCommerce Support, so you can submit a ticket or speak to someone through live chat about the issue, who can dive in and take a closer look.
