Cannot Add Vendor From Admin

After the latest update I can no longer add a new vendor from the Admin. I havent tested the frontend method where they can sign up themselves, but I have also never used it.

Half the page shows up missing, and saving doesnt throw an error or anything, just goes back to the vendor list.

I setup a staging environment, disabled all plugins besides this and woocommerce, and the issue persists.
