Note: elementor is installed.
Page template is not changing to right sidebar.

In the Materialis theme, the Woo Commerce feature is not available yet, as it is stated on the theme website.

We are still working to this feature and we will integrate it in a future update of the theme, but we do not have an exact date for the release.
