Cannot Apply Any Action to Comments in Spam

  • On my Dad’s website, I want to delete the 69 comments I have in the Spam Queue, but there is no way to interact with them! There is no way to select them (no square check box beside them).

    I chose Empty Spam and these 69 are still in there.

    I really want them out. I run this site for my 68 year old Dad and don’t want him to have to see them there (the language is really foul for most older people!). Please help!
