    Hi everyone,

I have a big problem. I have a website that imports content via RSS feed from other websites. This content is in 5 different languages. For the multilingualism of my website I use the plugin polylang.

When I now create an RSS feed campaign and download the feeds, I cannot assign a language to the feed. So every feed that is not assigned to a language will automatically be saved by polylang in the default language.

Of course, this is a problem because English content is then displayed in the German section of the page, for example. The publications in the Telegram channels are then also wrong in terms of language, because all languages end up in one Telegram channel.

I can assign almost everything to a language with polylang, even widgets, but not WP Content Pilot. What can I do to make this work? Is there a workaround for this or do I have to manually correct the incorrectly set languages every day? That would be really annoying!

    Thanks in advance
    Greetings seto76

    Hello @seto76

Just wanted to say a quick thanks for being our valued customer of WP Content Pilot. We take all customer inquiries, requests, and comments seriously and do our best to help in whatever way possible.

Please check if the categories for the generated post are integrated with your polylang. We also provide translator service in our pro version. If you use pro version, you can get two translators which are deepl and yandex. You can use the translators tool for your specific language instead.

We value your business and look forward to serving you. Please write to us anytime if you need help with another request in the future.

    Regards,
    Pluginever Support Team

    Hi pluginever,

Thanks for your reply and your offer, but I don’t need any translation tools because the news articles are all different in the other languages.

What do you mean if the generated posts are integrated?

As already mentioned, everywhere e.g. in posts, widgets etc. I can always click a dropdown and select a language. But when I call up the campaigns in your plugin, this dropdown menu is not displayed at all.

This would allow me to assign a language to each RSS feed as soon as I download it, but unfortunately I can’t because this language dropdown menu is not displayed in your plugin.

Why is that? Can you not allow the integration of Polylang in your campaigns?

    Kind regards
    seto76
