Cannot assign listing package to agent

Great plugin for my project, thanks for all contributors.

I am testing all the functions before deployment of the site and stuck at assignment of listing packages to an agents.
What I have done:
1. Created a free package with a defined quantity of listings, no time limits.
2. Selected the wire transfer method.
3. Defined the SMTP mail account and completed & verified mailing from my site to agent account (during sign up). So the SMTP is working.
4. I can see the package listing in the packages page by pressing the link in the profile page.
5. I have checked all the video tutorals and the knowledge base, done all what is said, however could not succeed.

The problem is:
As I press the “choose” button in the package listing, the screen goes to “my saved searches” screen and nothing happens about the package assignment to the agent.
That is, no notifier for wire transfer, no e-mail sent to agent and no package assignment to the agent account.
I cannot proceed my project unless I can resolve this issue.
