User Access Manager was previously working great, then I got in to our site’s dashboard this morning to add a few new users, and I noticed that every single user’s UAM User Groups is now listed as “None”. When I go to look at the pages, they are all listed as “Full access”. When I try to assign a page to a UAM group, I can click the check box next to my STEM group, but once I click Update, the check mark goes away and the page is not assigned to a group. I do notice that where before the group just said “STEM”, it now says “STEM (Info) Setup time based group assignment”, which I don’t remember seeing before. The same thing happens when I try to assign a user to a group. I click the check box, but once I click Update, the check mark goes away and the user is not assigned to a group.

I checked under “manage user groups”, but the STEM group has no Role affiliation.

I don’t know if this is related, but on the UAM Settings portion of the dashboard, under the “Post type settings” and “Taxonomies settings” tabs I now see this message listed twice:

Warning: array_fill(): Number of elements must be positive in /home/supracomputer/public_html/wp-content/plugins/user-access-manager/src/Wrapper/Php.php on line 47

This was all working previously, and as far as I know, nothing has changed, unless an update occurred. Any idea what’s going on?

Than I would need access to your page backend and FTP to debug it, if possible. Otherwise I can’t do much because I’m not able to reproduce the issue. I have an idea what’s going on but fixed that for all users reporting me the same issue with 2.1.3…

I have gotten permission to let you login in to our site to access the backend. I have the FTP info also. Just let me know what type of permissions you need and I will create you a login. Also, a way to get you that login and FTP info.

From your email: “Please go to UAM > Setup and perform the update. If you have already done the database update revert the database to an earlier version like 1.5.1 and update again. That should fix the problem.”

    That fixed the problem. Thanks!

Same problem here, none above fixed it plus the Update database warning.
    Settings are not stored.
@gm_alex could you please take a look? Let me know to send you login details.

Please try the latest version. This version has a database repair function at the setup section. If you still have problems please post your issue here: https://github.com/GM-Alex/user-access-manager/issues
