Cannot authenticate SMTP

    Hi I cannot get the SMTP to login with by SMTP details.

    Params:
    Mailer: smtp
    Constants: No
    ErrorInfo: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to serverSMTP server error: Failed to connect to server
    Host: dispatch-us.ppe-hosted.com
    Port: 465
    SMTPSecure: ssl

    Hi I did some testing and found that the plugin does not work when Cpanel SMTP restriction is enabled.
    Is there a way to get the plugin to work with this option enabled as this feature is a security enhancement of the server.

    I’m sorry, but we won’t be able to suggest a resolution since it’s not a plugin-related issue.

    You’ll need to set up restrictions in the way to allow SMTP connection from your website server.

    Please, contact your hosting provider support. Hopefully, they’ll be able to help.
