Cannot be activated is Redis Object Cache is installed beforehand

    Hello,

    Just thought you might wanna know that the plugin cannot be activated if the Redis Object Cache plugin from WordPress repo is installed beforehand. Deactivating Redis plugin and than activating Hyperdrive and than activating Redis works.

    Just my two cent.

  • no problems here (next to my other 90+ plugins). And no I’m not the developer; just an user, but couldn’t help but notice your topic ??

    Thanks for trying the Hyperdrive beta! I had the plugin shut off for the last few weeks to help focus on work in GitHub. Will be planning to release updated beta soon for easy installation. Glad to hear you were able to install the plugin beta.

    I’m going to mark this as resolved (just noticed it today, actually – I’m pretty new to WordPress). Sorry for the delay. And please feel free to share any additional info you have as the beta continues. Cheers.
