Cannot change any settings

    Hi,

    I am trying to update access to Table Rate Shipping for my client who is down as a Shop Manager but I am unable to edit anything as all I am able to do is click on what looks like a refresh icon and then when that is click a red padlock shows (please see image here – https://s27.postimg.org/u1ecnlj37/aam_woocommerce.jpg)

    Any help would be great.
