Cannot change header color

  • Link below is the old post, and yet seems to be not fixed.

    I changed the color in the header customization, it doesn’t even react to the change at all either…funny thing is that it will change only header background color on the blog post page…other pages, hompage included remain transpaterent…I have tried everything…nothings helping, any hints? thx much

    If you are refeering to the header area as shown in the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/v09ahu1ebKHF, the option is working fine on both the customizer area and frontend area. However if you are refeering to some other areas kindly share the screenshot of that specific area so that I can check and provide you with an appropriate solutions.

    Also, please update the Zakra theme to the latest version which might help you fix the issue you are refreering for.

    Yes im referring to the header area shown on the screenshot…and no, its not working at all, cache cleared, plugins turned off…nothing helped…and i have the latest version of zakra of course…the color of the header is changed only on the blog post pages, on the other pages> blog, homepage, contact us…etc…there is still the transparent wrapper.

    ok we are speaking about two different themes..im speaking about job portal u are speaking about agency theme..job portal theme..u cannot change the header of those pages…thats why i mentioned trasparent wrapper…can u give me a hint to overide it so…thanks

    In order to disable the transparent header on the homepage, please check the guidelines and work accordingly: https://docs.zakratheme.com/en/article/how-to-make-the-header-of-an-individual-page-transparent-1s285ge/

    You can disable the transparent header option after that, you can add the background to the header area, which will fix the issue on your end.
