    Hello congrats,

    To show the form in other language first you have to install any wordpress language translator plugin like polulang, qtranslateetc.

    Oh ok, I see..

    I was reading the instructions and it explained that you had to change it in the “Settings” “Responsive Contact Form Settings”.
