Cannot change or delete name of form

    Hello, I just discovered this plugin in,. and am having a strange problem.

    I named it the form -COTACT ME-

    Now, -CONTACT ME– shows up above the name field on the page, and I cant delete it or change it.

    What am I missing? I am sure it is an easy problem to solve, but I haven’t found the solution. Not even deleting the forms or the plugin has helped.

    The name of the plugin can be edited under Advanced > Display Settings of the form in question.
