Cannot change Page Colour if an "&" is in the page name

  • If I try and set a page colour in the following menu:

    Appearance -> Theme options -> Page Color

    The page colour does not work if there is an ampersand (“&”) in the page name. For example for a Page titled “Programme & Events” the page colour does not work, but renaming the page to “Programme and Events” or “Programme + Events” makes the page colour work as expected.

    I guess this is a bug?
