Cannot change product from simple

    I cannot change the product type from simple – the product data drop down is not responding for me (on android tablet)
    I’ve disabled all the plugins but still same prob ??

    please advise…

    Have you tried changing your theme temporarily to Twenty Seventeen, while keeping all of the plugins off?

    Does it work on desktop rather than tablet? Or is it a problem there too?

    Hi, thanks very much for your help, it worked on a desktop (well, laptop) in chrome and I just duplicate products and change the other details on a tablet ?? Sorry I couldn’t reply earlier, I am website building from a remote mountain cabin and had power issues. If you want to see the site it’s at https://tee.lurve.net ??
