cannot change settings

  • Hello, I tried to change the sendle settings so that it won’t create a shipping label automatically. However, when I go to Woocommerce -> Sendle settings. It is blank. There is no longer any option there to change.

    Can someone help please?

    Can you please share any screenshots of the page that is blank. Unfortunately we dont see any picture uploaded. Also the link provided seems to go to the homepage of the website.

    I have also removed all plugins (other than woocommerce) and all themes to make sure it is not about conflict with another plugin/theme.

    The problem remains. So, I believe that it is a problem with the Sendle plugin.

    I am able to validate the Sendle plugin, just not being able to configure/use it.

    I am already using the latest version:  Version 5.20

    My WordPress version is:?Version 9.0.2
