Cannot change settings values

    Hi –

    I have two WP sites, both on 4.6, running in Nginx/Ubuntu 16.04. They use the same nginx/php 7 setup.

    One sends emails on completing the backup; the other does not.

    One lets me modify the settings for the backup; the other does not.

    Is it something to do with the settings in wp-config.php?
