Cannot change status

    Hi, I cannot change the status of a pop up. I press the toggle but when I refresh the page, it’s on its previous state (either on or off). Is there a way to do it inside the pop up and not in the list? If not, can I do it in the db? I can’t find the appropriate table to do it manually.

    PS: This happened in both 2 sites I use it.

    First, try clearing the website with the cache plugin you might have. If that doesn’t help, try reinstalling the plugin.
    In the end, try to check the possible conflict between our plugin and one of the plugins or themes you use.
    Here are the steps to perform:

    To figure that out, may we ask you to deactivate all the plugins you have and in case the issue is fixed, by activating the plugins one by one, locating which plugin causes the conflict.
    With the same logic, please, try to check the conflict between our plugin and the installed themes.

    Thanks for your reply. I will try to follow your steps as quick as possible, since a run several plugins and I don’t want to break anything. Regarding the thees though, I give zero chance to be the “answer”, as I got the same problem in 2 different websites (with different themes) almost simultaneously.

    Hi,

    No, it’s not about the “Pro”!

    I tried your recommendations and still doesn’t work… May I ask again, is it possible to enable it manually via the db (phpMyAdmin)? I cannot figure out which table is the one.
