Cannot change thumb 3 and 4 in Projects Section settings

Please find projects_page.php file in your theme folder.
Go to -> Theme Folder -> theme_options -> Pages -> Open projects_page.php file and replace with given code. Click Here

Unfortunately theme_options in the Theme Folder does not open at all.
