Cannot change title to image.

  • I used to be able to replace my title and description at the top of my site within ‘customize’ but this option is missing now. I don’t have a Header link within Appearance either. I have no way to change my logo now.. on my original install the first image I uploaded is now stuck as that image, on the fresh install on my other domain the title is stuck as text.

    It used to be in customize, I haven’t updated my theme. And its the same with a fresh install of wordpress. How can I change my header logo image?

    I’ve refreshed customize several times and I can see the LOGO dropdown appear in the sidebar momentarily and have access to it but after a second it disappears from the sidebar. wtf?
