    I can items to cart, but clicking the checkout button just refreshes the page and loads the /wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-core/js/tinymce3/productspage.jpg

    I tried switching themes, deactivating all other plugins, re-saving permalinks, I flushed the theme cache, I tried saving various setting screens (ex. payment gateway) again but nothing seems to work.

    No JS errors that I can see.

    This problem also occurs in WP 4.0 (I’ve run 3.9.2 on the live server, and 4.0 on my staging server).

    WP e-Commerce Version 3.8.14.3
    Gold Cart Version 2.9.7.8
    BluePay Gateway

  • Go and edit the products page in the dashboard and in the post content remove the current text and add [productspage]

    I did this but it had no effect.

    The only text/copy that I had on my products page was [productspage], so I removed it, saved the page, and then added it back and saved.

    Do I also need to update/change the shortcode on the checkout page?

    Yeah check that too and add : [shoppingcart]

    That was it.

    For some unknown reason, the [shoppingcart] shortcode on my checkout page had been replaced by just the placeholder image.

    I haven’t fully checked out, but I’m not seeing the checkout form which is an improvement.

    Thanks Mihai

    Spoke too soon, I tried checking out and now get the following error:

    Please select one of the available shipping options, then we can process your order.

    I am using Table Rate shipping and there is only one option available to the user, which I chose repeatedly. I tried re-saving my settings, and because of my research on similar issues (I Googled the error first), I checked to make sure my theme was not hiding anything (it appears not).

    Can you post your website URL at least so we can take a look ?

    Hello, very interested in this solution, what exactly do you mean by:
    “Go and edit the products page in the dashboard and in the post content remove the current text and add [productspage] “
    Is it possible to give me a detailed description?

    @woerdokodo
    Go to your admin dashboard under Pages
    Edit the page that is the Products page and if in the post content you have the image code and not the shortcode then replace it with [productspage]

    @mihai Thanks!! it works now.
