I have built a second website connecting it to the same JetPack account as my first site.
I am attempting to connect this second site to its specific Facebook page. (I
was able to connect to its Twitter account just fine.) But the only Facebook
page it will allow me to select is the one for my first website. I need to be able to choose another Facebook Page, just as I was able to choose another Twitter account.

How can I correct this? Hopefully I am simply overlooking something.
I am hoping I do not need to set up a separate JetPack account (because a single account apparently allows multiple sites and I’d rather be able to manage all my Jetpacks in a single account).

    Hey there, @boogieted!

Thank you for reaching out to us about this. Just to confirm: is it a Facebook page? We’re no longer able to connect to individual Facebook profiles.

Yes, you can connect multiple Facebook Pages to a single WordPress.com account. We detail this here:

    https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/#multiple-pages

If it’s a page, please contact us via this contact form and mention this thread. We’d like to take a closer look at how Publicize is setup on your site. Thank you! ??

Yes, I am talking about two different Facebook organization Pages which are both administered by me.

For the URL https://cktstour.com Jetpack seems to be correctly connected to the appropriate Facebook Page and Twitter accounts.

For the URL https://gamesetmatchky.com Jetpack is correctly connected to the appropriate Twitter account, but I canNOT connect it to the appropriate Facebook Page. It will only allow me the option of connecting the CKTS Tour Facebook page (since it was connected first, maybe?)

I hope this makes clear the problem I am experiencing. Furthermore, I hope there is a simple solution.

Thank you for providing additional details! Are your two Facebook pages managed by different Facebook accounts? If you’re only seeing the option to connect one Page, that typically means that Facebook account only has access to that single page.

If that’s the case, please follow these steps:

    1. Start by going to Facebook, and log out of your account.
    2. Log back in with another Facebook account which is listed as an admin on the Facebook Page.
    3. You should then be able to go back to SettingsSharing in your dashboard and click Add a new Connection to create a new Publicize connection.

I reviewed both of the sites you provided, and both are working as expected; I didn’t notice a major difference in Jetpack/Publicize between the two sites.

Please let us know if you encounter issues after following the steps above. Thank you! ??

    hi!
i am facing the same issue. I have 100 facebook pages, but jetpack only allow me to 11 pages.
have no other option to connect with the page i want. I’ve already allow jetpack with all of my pages

    anyone can help, plz?

I manage 60 business pages with “Facebook Business Manager”.
I would like to collaborate with Facebook on a jet pack.
However, the business page only displays 15 pages.
I have administrative rights on every business page. what is the reason?

@kenphuoc This is a known issue, and you can follow along with it at https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/1659

At the moment, our only recommendation is to open a second Facebook account to decrease the number of pages that each account manages.

@ertakefuji0806 At this time, pages managed by the Facebook Business Manager cannot be used with Publicize.

I was having the same issue. Took me a while but I found that I could go into my personal Facebook profile, then to settings, and then to Business Integrations on the left sidebar. I chose WordPress from the ‘Active Business Integrations’ and from there I was able to edit which pages that I manage that I wanted to give access to WordPress.

@jorellana818 Thanks you very much !

It works fine for me after hours of stress among my different clients website publicized.

    @jorellana818

Thank you, you saved the day. ??

That is exactly what I needed.

I’m glad I found this thread.
