Cannot Clilck “Connect with Square”

    My client sells Hemp CBD oil products. We have an active Square account using your Woocommerce Square plugin. All functions well.

    However Square now requires CBD merchants to create a new, separate Square account using a different email address. I have done that. The old account will be disabled by Square.

    Problem is, when trying to connect your Woocommerce Square plugin to Square, there is no place to
    1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Square.
    2. Click Connect with Square.

    It was already set up and connected once. How do I get around this issue?

    Cannot spell click either.

    @jastra You first have to disconnect WooCommerce Square from that old account by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Square and scrolling towards the bottom, find the big red button that says “Disconnect from Square” and click it. After that you should be able to connect to a different Square account.

    Can you please share what do you see exactly when you navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Square? I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

    There is usually either Connect with Square button if you’re not connected yet or your Square connection settings.

    To connect Square to your new account, you need to click Disconnect from Square first.

    There’s a Disconnect from Square button. I’ll disconnect before adding the new account.
