Cannot close pop-up

    Hi developers,

    I’m having trouble using the plugin on a specific website. It opens but I cannot close it, and it has a transparent block underneath. I tried reinstalling, disabling other plugins but nothing helped. Can you check why it’s not working properly?

    We just checked your website,

    it seems like plugin is not active, unable to identify the issue, please share some screenshots, if don’t like to activate when some issues exists..

    Thanks for your fast response. I enabled it for now, hoping you can check soon. It doesn’t look good so I don’t like to keep this live for long.

    Is it possible to share screenshot, if the problem cause by the plugin we will try to solve that

    if it cause by facebook messenger, please report at facebook bug page.

    I always react within minutes and you still haven’t managed to check it? I tried to make screenshots but that doesn’t work out. Please give me a time when you’re available to check.

    I just checked your website, Its not problem with the plugin,

    Plugin will add Facebook SDK, and that sdk will add the messenger using iframe

    Is is possible to report an issue with facebook team
