Cannot Commit to My Plugin

    I tried to update my plugin, but got the “Access to ‘/!svn/me’ forbidden” error. I search through these forums and saw a couple folks with the same issue. In those cases, they had the issue because they were not a Committer for the plugin in-question. However, I am marked as a Committer, but still get that error. Could you please point me in the right direction on this issue?
