Cannot commit to plugin repo with svn 1.7

    I cannot commit to my own wordpress plugin https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/subscribe-to-double-opt-in-comments/ since the commit fails with this message:

    Commit failed (details follow):
Changing file [...]\subscribe-to-double-opt-in-comments\trunk\readme.txt' is forbidden by
 the server
Access to
 '/!svn/ver/522284/subscribe-to-double-opt-in-comments/trunk/readme.txt'
 forbidden

    But my login is correct and works on this site and on the commit form. I′m using Tortoise 1.7 on win7. Any ideas?
