Cannot complete account setup

  • I have set up the rencontre plugin.
    I am on stage 2 of 3 of the set up and is unable to set up location and country as i am getting an error — 1 incomplete fields or error.
    Not sure what to do

    please help

    Hi,

    I think you don’t have the countries and regions in DB.
    Check in Rencontre > Countries if you see the countries list. If not, if you see “The country table is empty. You can load the countries and regions by default if you wish.“, click the button “Load countries“.
