Cannot complete contact form on mobile device.

I use FS Contact Form, version 4.0.37 on WP 4.2.2 with Customizr theme.
I can complete the form on my PC, but when I try to complete the form on a Samsung S4 Mini, it does not allow me to enter any text in any field. So the form cannot be completed from the S4.
