Cannot complete contact form on mobile device.

  • I can complete the form from my PC, but when I try to complete the form from my Samsung S4, it will not allow me to enter text.
    This is using WP 4.2.2 with Customizr theme and version 4.0.37 of FS.
    However, if I use another WP website where WP is not the latest version, the theme is not the latest version, and FS is not the latest version, then I can complete the form on my PC and Samsung, no problem.
    How can I fix the problem of not being able to complete the form on my mobile?

  • Hi, I suspect that the problem is your custom theme. Test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen and I am sure you will not have an issue.
