Cannot complete setup

Hi, When using FB Business Manager, I cannot complete the setup process to install FB Chat on my website. After I go to Customer Chat Plug in and hit Next/Next/Next, it kicks be out to the initial Customer Chat Plugin screen. Can you please advise? Thanks in advance
