Step 1 is complete. It recognizes my shop name and the correct amount of products that I have (492).

I cannot get Step 2 to work.
    It immediately says:
Data could not be saved. Could be due to connection timing out / failure or permissions. Please try again.

Something went wrong with the storing process, please try again.

    Please assist!

From the sounds of it, your server is timing out while it’s trying to import the Etsy data. The error message isn’t something I’m seeing in our plugin, so best guess I have is that it’s your server.

Saving the settings page should re-trigger an import, and it would resume where it left off, I do believe.

Is it possible for me to store a smaller section at a time?

Sadly, I’m not seeing any way to change that without hacking away at the plugin itself.

I want to thank you for the prompt responses, it is much appreciated! My developer fixed something on our end and the plugin is working flawlessly. I love it! I have been looking for this very plugin for years!! Thank you!! https://www.earthcultured.com

Just out of personal curiosity, what was the change(s) made? It could potentially come in handy for others who may be experiencing the same issues.
