Cannot confirm shipment in backend

    Hi

    When I confirm Shipment in backend, It show this message:
    The country associated with Shippers ShipperNumber must be the same as the shipments Shippers country. [Error Code: 120120]

    May I know any step and how to solve this problem.

    UPS: 3.9.9
    woocommerce: 3.1.2
    wordpress 4.8.4

  • Hi Peter,

    You have to make sure that the country from where the account is associated is the same as the Origin Country set in plugin’s settings page. Once this is done, the error will not bother you again.
