    Hi @jack52015

Kindly pardon the inconvenience. I would request you kindly follow the installation procedure step by step to successfully connect your WP site with weMail account.

You can follow the below instructions –

    1. Login to the admin panel of WordPress.
    2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New → weMail. Click Install. Once installed, click on Activate to get started.
    3. Now after successfully activating weMail, navigate to the new weMail icon on your WordPress dashboard.
    4. Now, enter your email address and password that you will use to register on https://app.getwemail.io/

After that. you will be sent an OTP to your registered email address. Copy and paste it.

Now, choose Add a new site. Your site should be detected automatically (if the site has a name set) and you will be able to connect weMail with it.

However, if you still face any issue please let us know in the thread, we will try our best to assist you. Hope that, the above instructions sorts your issue. Have a nice day ahead!

    Hi @jack52015

According to the WordPress support forum guidelines, I can not discuss any pro/premium features-related issues here. If you want you may contact the plugin’s official homepage for any further assistance.

I hope that, you can understand.

    Hi Support
I cannot connect my DKIM and SPF, although i have it all ok in my DNS at URL host service provider.
I am sure i have DKIM and SPF, also DMARK correct.
But, after adding A record for email, and using email.example.com, or using mail.example.com, with A record for mail too, it still doenst connect in the wizard.
Between my host, WPERP, weemail, i dont know and cant find the problem.
    Help?
    Cheers
    Cooper

    Hello,

Hope that you are doing well.

Please be informed that there are no such settings in weMail to add these records. Rather these records are added on the hosting provider end. You may follow different useful guidelines regarding the DKIM, SPF and DMARK records.

For your feasibility, I am attaching similar documentation on these records here

    Kind Regards,
