Cannot connect embed form to Infusionsoft tags

    I want to create embed forms on certain posts on my new website. I tried a test one and while the form appeared successfully using the shortcode, and I successfully connected Infusionsoft, there does not seem to be any way to connect it to a tag to trigger an email campaign based on the tag.

    I have followed all the instructions but under Integrations, all I am able to do is connect to Infusionsoft. There seems to be no options to select tags. Please advise.

  • Hi @katrinafox1,

    Are you referring to Hustle > Integrations panel? This is for overall connection to available services like Infusionsoft, after that you can select your tags/lists from the form settings.

    So after you’ve configured Infusionsoft integration from Hustle > Integrations panel go to Hustle > Embeds and edit your Embed form.
    Switch to Integrations tab and you will see Infusionsoft on the list there, click on the plus sign and the popup will show up where you can select your desired tag for that specific embed.
