Cannot connect plugin to Web App

    Dear CookieYes plugin Team,
    I have signed up on your website, installed the plugin to my WP, but it doesn’t let me to furter connect it to the Web App. When pressed, the screen doesn’t load and there’s no option for me to proceed (only to go back).
    I have tried removing the plugin, deleting my CookieYes account and creating it again from scratch, but the issue persists.
    Can you please advise how to get this resolved?

    Dear all,
    Issue was resolved – for future reference and searches, users should also try to logout their wordpress dashboard before attempting to connect the plugin to the web app.
