• Hi,
    After installing and activating I click on “Sonetel” in the settings and a popup window opens with button to “Connect your Sonetel account”. When I click this the result depends on the browser but I can’t succeed having tried 3.
    Chrome:
    -Popup window goes blank apart from grey bar at bottom
    -stays blank forever
    Firefox:
    -I get Sonetel login screen so I enter my login credentials
    -popup reloads with the coonect your account button again
    -I can repeat this loop forever
    -if I exit and try to access settings again I am back to the connect popup window loop
    Edge:
    -I get Sonetel login screen so I enter my login credentials
    -popup reloads with the coonect your account button again
    -Now instead of a loop I only get the blank popup same as chrome when I click the button

    These results seem to be repeatable. The Sonetel portal thinks I do not have the chat app installed on my site.

    Please advise what I can do to connect my account.

    I did send your support team an email about this issue at the same time as posting here.
    I have worked around the issue by adding the JS snippet provided in the Sonetel portal to the footer on my website. This works well.
    Is there any advantage (eg further customisation) to using the WP plugin?
    If not then I will uninstall it and continue to use the JS snippet.
    At any rate you may want to investigate this issue from a technical point of view.

    No, there is no additional functionality provided by the plugin (at-least yet), so if you have already added the JS snippet to your website, you should be good.
