Cannot connect to Constant Contact

Hello,

Just to confirm and make sure I’m visually in the same areas as you, with the steps and process, this is at a point where you’re in the ConstantContact.com dashboard, and not the Dashboard of the intended WordPress install? Asking because I’m trying to isolate if this will be an issue with the plugin code, or somewhere else.

Hmm. Not often I see an “Error 414”, which means the URL was too long for the browser to handle

Can you re-try again, and when you get to that error page, copy/paste the resulting URL and email the value to the following addresses?

apisupport@constantcontact.com
support@pluginize.com

We’d prefer the URL be privately shared just in case there’s some intended private info as part of it. We’d like to see the resulting value and how long it ended up being.

Turned out to be a setting with iThemes Security and disabling long URLs, with the setting being found in Security > Settings > System Tweaks.
