Cannot Connect to Eventbrite Singapore

    Hello,

    We have taken the below troubleshooting steps, but still did not manage to connect to eventbrite.sg after many attempts.

    1) completely un-install and re-install the plugin.
    2) completely creating a new key with every repeat of (1).

    According to the instruction, (at here, https://automattic.github.io/eventbrite-api/users.html), after we reached (6) under Connecting to Eventbrite section, we always needed to log in to Eventbrite again, even though we had already logged in Eventbrite in a separate tab, as instructed in (1) under Connecting to Eventbrite section.

    After we reached (6) under Connecting to Eventbrite section,the message displayed was always “The application you’re trying to use has made an invalid request to Eventbrite. Please contact the application developer.”

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    Hm, this sounds like a forwarding issue they were having with non-.com Eventbrite domains a while ago, that was supposed to have been fixed. We’ll reach out to them to confirm that fixes were done for the .sg domain.

    hello,

    is it because the website we are developing is temporarily residing inside a sub-directory of another domain and using a temporary url provided by the hosting service provider?
