Cannot connect to Facebook

    Hi,

    Upon updating the plugin to the newest version, now there’s an issue with connection and the error message is There was an error communicating with the Facebook Business Extension. Click here to manage your Messenger settings.

    Please assist.

    Hi Simon,

    I’m reaching out again because the exact same issue is happening again. It seems that it was ok for a while but now we have seeing the same error messages.

    Please assist.

    Additionally, everything in our Facebook and Instagram catalog is shown as Out of Stock.
