Cannot connect to JETPACK

Hi, my wordpress-site https://www.smkoestackligthtnin.de is not able to connect with Jetpack, since tomorrow morning.
Yesterday evening everything worked fine.

I receive the following message:
register_http_request_failed

Don′t know what to do and need help.
