    Hello reqlez,

Thank you for sharing the details. Can you please describe when the error is displayed? If there are any steps I can follow to replicate the issue, it would be helpful.

Yes. The error is displayed right after I login with my username and password to connect mail chimp to the site.

I’m using CentOS 7 with Plesk 12.5 to host the site if that helps.

    Hello reqlez,

Please note that our plugin does not offer any feature to login to your MailChimp account directly on your WordPress site. I am guessing you have another plugin to do this which is causing the issue. Please deactivate our plugin “MailChimp for WP, version 3.1.2” and then check if you still see the login page. If you do, it means it’s a different plugin.

    Version: 1.4.3
    Author: MailChimp
    Last Updated: 3 weeks ago
Requires WordPress Version: 2.8 or higher
    Compatible up to: 4.0.10
    Active Installs: 100,000+

is that not your plugin ?

    Hello reqlez,

Thanks for the details. No, that is not our plugin. Our company is “Ibericode” and we have no affiliation with MailChimp.com. We simply make the plugin “MailChimp for WordPress“.

You would need to contact the developers of this other plugin to report this issue.
