Cannot Connect to Mailer Lite Group

I have successfully connected the MailerLite API and can see all of my groups to add the form submission to. Unfortunately, I cannot get a Group List to save.

I select the group list that I want and update the fields and save. When I go back to the MailerLite settings for that form, it says “Mailer Lite Group” None?

Any idea why my groups are not connecting? This happens with any group that I select.

UPDATE: As I was typing this request, my test submission came through. Checked MailerLite and indeed the submission was entered and I received the auto-email response. It seems to work fine, but the Mailer Lite Group still says “None” in the form settings.
