    There has to be an easier way to do these updates. Each time I follow the directions, do all the testing and there is still always a snafu.

    How about a checklist…possibly If This Then That format.

    Then those of us who are trying to muddle through these updates would have something to go on besides praying to the Google Gods that we will stumble across something to make it work after our sites crash. Not everyone who has a shop with WooCommerce completely immersed in code and all the nuances of the backend stuff.

    I thought I had it all done and now I cannot get ShipStation to reconfigure and bring in orders. I am going to have to hand enter days worth of orders. Has anyone else had trouble getting ShipStation to recognize and input orders?

  • Since ShipStation is a premium plugin I’d suggest opening a ticket at https://www.woothemes.com/support and they can help you out.

    Of course I have already done that. I was HOPING that someone may have had similar issues and might have some insight. After updates with a LOT of snafus like this WooCommerce ones seemed to create the ticket turnaround times are not as fast as normal. I have tickets in at both WooThemes and ShipStation.
