Cannot Constrain form width

This plugin creates a beautiful form. The problem however is that the width of the form cannot be set. It is 100% of the width of the container.
I can work around that be surrounding the shortcode in a div but if the width of the div is narrow then the form fields are too long. (width=400px works, width=300px does not)
