    Hi,

I am unable to login to the WP admin panel of my client’s website. For whatever reason I get the error message:

“Error: Google reCAPTCHA verification failed. Do you have JavaScript enabled?”

The error only goes away when I disable the Google reCAPTCHA plugin. I’m not sure why this happened, as we haven’t changed site and secret keys.

How can I fix this issue?

Thanks for your help and hard work,
    ~ K Wallin

Everyone is getting the issue, I just had someone contact me that they could not make an account because of the error so I did the same in WooCommerce MyAccount page and sure enough, I got the same error and it’s due to this plugin. The owner needs to fix it.

    For support,

Is there any progress on this? Or any feedback on the problem?

    Thank you for your help,
    ~ K Wallin

    Hi guys,

I’m sorry, looks like you have entered wrong keys or use some unsupported plugin/template. Hard to guess. If you have some (technical) details, I would be glad if you tell me!
